Our Approach
If this is your first audit, don't be intimidated. We find that many departments have not done an audit because they fear they are out of compliance. The fact is, most agencies are not in compliance. As part of our audit process, we not only review your policies and procedures for areas of weakness or noncompliance, but offer recommendations to strengthen controls and bring your policies and procedures into compliance.
Our service includes a comprehensive consult to help identify the needs and gaps of first time audit recipients. Or, if you aren't happy with past audits we hope to offer an alternative. After a consultation and upon signing of a contract, we review your policy and set a date for an in-person audit.
